What reaches the counter

The site asks for no sign-up and has no form. Personal information only arrives when someone chooses to email or call: a name, an email address, a phone number and whatever the person writes, such as a tire size or a car model.

Please do not send ID documents, license plates or payment details this way; none of it is needed to talk about a size.

Why we jot it down

We use these details only to answer the question asked, give guidance on size, load, speed or geometry and, if the person wants, arrange a visit to the branch. The legal basis is fulfilling a request from the data subject and, where it fits, a legitimate interest in keeping the record of that exchange.

Contacts are never used for bulk mailings or handed over for anyone else's campaigns.

Who else gets a hand on the tire

• The hosting service that delivers these pages.
• The contracted mailbox where messages sent to the address in section A land.
• A public body presenting a statutory or judicial order.

Data is never sold or rented to anyone.

Technical traces a visit leaves

Each page opened leaves a short trail on the server: the originating IP, the moment of access, the browser type and which address was called. With it we keep the pages turning and catch attempts at abuse. No ad cookie gets dropped and no profile of you gets built.

Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the lettering.

How long it stays on record

Messages and phone numbers stay on file while the conversation runs; once it closes, they remain only for whatever period a rule imposes or the company would need to defend itself. Server logs are cleared in short cycles set by the hosting provider.

What you can demand from the branch

Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 gives the data subject, among other things, the right to:

• learn whether we handle your data and get a copy;
• fix incomplete or outdated information;
• have whatever goes beyond what is needed erased, frozen or stripped of your name;
• request portability and find out who it was shared with;
• withdraw consent, whenever consent is the basis relied on;
• complain to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

A reply goes out within 15 business days from the day the request reaches the branch.

Care for what is stored, and outside links

Access to messages is limited to whoever serves the branch, and the site runs over an encrypted connection. No system is beyond breach; should an incident carry real risk, affected people and the ANPD will be told.

Links to other addresses, such as Google Fonts, fall under those third parties' own policies.
